The Supreme has adjourned sitting till Monday August 21st 2020 for final ruling on the Kogi State Governorship Election Petition.
This decision was taken after the apex Court had listened to the counsel for the appellant, Engr Musa Wada of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the first, second and third Respondents on Tuesday.
Engr Musa Wada had proceeded to the court after the Court of Appeal, in a 2:1 judgment, endorsed the Election of Governor Yahaya Bello.
The expected judgment will bring to an end all matters relating to the November 2019 Governorship Election in the state.
