completion & countless first class

making Ebonyi one of the most
beautiful states in Nigeria today.

Ebonyi state is not an oil producing

So, what changed?

It is not the constitution or structure
of Nigeria that was changed to
achieve this unprecedented

It is the vision, prudence, massive
